I Offer my clients 28 years of transactional experience for the purchase and sale of primary residences, multi-family residences, investment property, vacation homes, short-sales, bank-owned properties and foreclosures.
My past professional experience includes recognitionas as a Business and Real Estate Paralegal for two prominent area firms; residential and commerical Escrow and Title experience; and of a local business owner.
I have been a Realtor for the past 15 years. The latest five of those years, I successfully managed a flag ship office for John L. Scott Real Estate. In February, 2010, I returned to my roots and the type of work that I love – helping clients buy and sell real estate!
My Strengths . . .
I have extensive knowledge of real estate contract law. My first hand experience as a Realtor and my previous experiences as a Paralegal help me guide my clients through the legal process of buying and selling real estate with ease.
Face to face negotiation skills are also essential for a successful Realtor and I have no hesitation to put my skills to work for my clients. It is my duty to look out for your best interests. This “duty” is fulfilled as your counselor and guide, your fiduciary and the honesty of a best friend.
